Hi All Masters,

I can make music on hold run properly in ip office. but now i have plan to make more than 1 music on hold in ip office. can we make it.
the scenario like this, in the first holding call will play MOH-1, and second holding call will play MOH-2 and so on.

Any help will be appreciate.

Thanks,
Jhon

Hi Intigrant,

I config like this picture,
MOH_gk4etc.png

and set shortcode *34N# then upload all MOH files to file management.
when i dial the shortcode here the result:
*341# = play MOH-1
*342# = Play MOH-1
*343# = Play MOH-1
what the wrong thing should be checked ?

Have you saved the files as holdmusic2.wav, holdmusic3.wav.
And can you see them in the Primary folder of the SD card.

Are they saved in the correct format as described.

You can test this by using the LVMgreeting utility .

Save as if you are using it for an AA. And if you get an error on saving it then you will know the format is wrong,.

This is for testing the file format only..do not use the saved file or upload it..

Hi All,

Finally it works perfect. just set MOH source in incomming call route.

So what happens now when you Dial the short code.

So does the correct music source play when dialling the shortcodes now.??

By the way you didn't mention you didn't have it set to play on any incoming call routes .

Run monitor, select "Filesys" on the Services tab, and save the log as a text file.
In SSA stop the SD card and start it again.
Wait until VM is enabled (dial *17 to check).
Stop the monitor and open the log in a proper text editor, search for "WalkToWav" and see if there are no errors when loading the holdmusic files.
If there are no errors then you made a mistake in the configuration.
