Major issues embedded VM 9.0.5

If I'm in Intuity mode, after dialing *17, I can't type extension or password or #; like the VM doesn't hear the DTMFs.

In IPO mode, I can type the default password, and when prompted to change it and confirm (#), nothing happens and it hangs...

Phones were 9508, changed one to a 1408, same thing. I formatted and recreated the SD card, still happening.

ANybody else??

one of my customer just call me , when you get to a user voice mail, you get disconnected. When you try to record a personal greeting message. When you press option 2 to record it,it doesnt save, you gat acces to the internal dial plan! I tried to reboot, same issue.
 
The memory card only being 24% full is because they are starting to ship out 8GB system SD cards instead of 4GB.
 
Out of curiousity (and maybe helpful in the troubleshooting?):

- what happens if you externally call in to an AA? Still the same failure?
- call out from the system to an external AA, does the DTMF take then?

I've stayed clear of the latest releases.
Too many issues, but those have been related to IPO <-> VMPRO.

I'm thinking something is wrong with the DTMF generator, that could be SW related.

Yeah, I've dialed external VMs and the DTMFs work fine. I can't call in to the AA, as I can't record. When I dial *8101, at first I could hit 2 to record, but after, nothing. Everything just ignores my input.

Downgraded to 9.0.4; same thing. I've ordered a new SD card.

Tried changing to IP Office-mode?

I had the same issues with DigitalG on v9.0 I end up using vmpro.
 
Send it back for an exchange. I had the exact same thing happen but with 8.1.63. Nothing fixed it.
