Hello all! I am working with a remote site which has an S8100. It is a G3 v11. The users at this site say that they used to have the main line ring on all their phones, but it no longer does. It was not a bridged appearance to their sets. I am not familiar with this feature, although I have seen this problem come through our doors before with another site...I didn't have the privilege at the time of troubleshooting the issue. Can someone tell me how this would be set up, and why it might randomly stop working?
