Where could I find a log of how the main group (Hunt Group) was put into night service, 24/7 team getting no calls, group was in night when checked, service restored as soon as group was changed to in service on the manager.
BTW this is Server Edition 11.1.3.2, all phones, the PRI, and group are configured on a IP500v2 gateway. Server is mainly used for Voicemail and Voice Recording.
If you want a log whenever the HG has declared off/on you could use VMPro. Delete already configured HG keys on the devices, create used defined variables and SC to set the HG on/off and in the vm call flow you can send an email alert to the HG manager specifying who and when the action has been made.
