I have a user that when logging into his mailbox gets "You have no messages to review. Press 1 to disconnect, press 2 to send a message." If I press any other key it says "you have pressed an incorrect key.I ran a report on his mailbox and there are 7 new messages in it. I tried changing the COS to the same one I have but it makes no difference. Any ideas?

They are logging into the mailbox with a home or guest password and not their password.
Reset the password for them and it will work fine. Sound like they tried to change their password and changed the wrong one.
