M3904 Full Duplex Handsfree Module any good?

Have you used the Full Duplex Handsfree Module for the M3904? (as described here

Do you have a part number? How much are they? Any issues? Quality compared to Polycom?

that adds a analog port to the 3904.. you do not need a add on mod to make a 04 a spkr phone.. just cls hfa.. and no it is not as good as a poly.. the mic is to dorectional for a conf room.. they work as well on a desktop app as any other spkr..

a poly's is still the best i've seen for a conf with more then one person needing to transmit

Polycom speakerphone designed for handsfree conference device and it always better than Nortel Digital Set even it does come with full duplexd device.

JP: the Adapter allows you to add a Full Duplex Handsfree Module for the M3904 provides the ability to conduct two-way simultaneous conversations in Handsfree mode. Or other plugin Mods. I have used this on my phone and it works great, but not any where near a polycom.

You insert the Adapter in the Base of the phone and then you can put 2 different Moduals in at the same time.

NTMN71AA Accessory Connection Module (ACM)
NTMN80AA Power Transformer

It works better that the standalone 3904. We have a few installed in exec.offices but not as a replacement for polycom in conference rooms.
price depends on who your order from.
3 yrs ago all was under $200.

Bottom line is when comparing with Polycom and full duplex adapter quality; the Nortel's full duplex adapter for M3904 is not worth for it.
