LVM Greeting Utility wont load

Hi

I have my recordings and have set them to PCM,uncompressed,8K,16-bit audio.
The next step is to open LVMGreeting Utility and convert them to the correct file format.

The issue I'm having is the LVMGreeting.exe flashes up and then closes, in a split second. I'm running windows 7 enterprise 64bit.

has anyone else experience the same issue and solved it?

Have you tried running the program as a Administrator?

Are you running the utility from manager? You need to run it from manager, not the exe directly, it won't work that way. File, advanced, LVM Greeting Utility.
