looking for an A-law feature key to recover a drown IP 500 system

After a flood in a company's branch office, several telecommunication devices were treated as loss, and covered by an insurance company.

An IPO 500 in the config of 8x30 was part of that devices and ended in a bargain store, we got it as deal for our lab, but not a surprise it has not the feature key or dongle. So it wont even load bios.

I would like to know if one can order just a single key without being related to a new IP 500 machine.

Was there a dongle in it or not at all ?

You need to order a smart card, the IP 500 does not use any of the older style dongles.

You can order the smart card and any licenses you need. Smart Cards are not tied to particular IP 500 units.

true to be told our delivery system is very inefficient, we must wait for every order from 30 to 45 calendar days, except for licenses, but thats been treated on other thread

That is pretty poor, most of our kit comes next day except licences which come as soon as you click your mouse button

the structure in our country changed from a local wholesale provider to two companies namely Tallard Technologies and Anixter.
