Looking at upgrading to CISCO...thoughts?

Hello!
We are looking to upgrade our phone system and one of the vendors we are looking at is CISCO. We are a large call center, so I'm not sure if Cisco is the right way to go.

Anyone? Thoughts? Suggestions? Tips? Advice?
 
Agreed - we're not too thrilled with the prospect of being guinea pigs, but we decided on 5.0 because of:

a) SIP integration - we're planning on rolling out some SIP handsets to replace quite a few Nextels that aren't used after business hours (for business use anyway ;) )

b) We like the hardened Linux appliance of 5.0 instead of the Windows platform.
 
SparkyDTMF.,.....Do you have a Call Center with Cisco Call Manager? How many seats?
 
I've got a small one - we purchased about 20 simultaneous agent licenses. Our call center application is for internal customer/technical support only.
