Hello, my customer is experiencing intermittent static on IP Office calls. The static appears across the board: inbound, outbound, internal, external.

I checked System Status on both of their locations and there is no packet loss, just high jitter and long round-trip-delays. My company only services their telephony equipment, they have their own IT/networking vendor. I've attached SSViewer screenshots from both of their control units.

Do you think this is an IP Office issue or a networking problem? Appreciate any help or ideas with this problem!

Forget what SSA says on these things. It talks out of its arse!!

IF you have issues, get Wireshark running on the phone system LAN port and make some calls. Once you have some bad ones, have a look to see what WS says.
