We have Avaya IP Office v8.1 and wondering if we have the ability to see the phone numbers that called in to our Conference bridge. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it!

You can see the conf participants if you hit the details soft key in your phone. There you have also options to mute or drop single participants.

Thanks for that shortcut for next time. But is there a way to look back at a conference that was made yesterday?

Sure it, either get XIMA Chronicall or build a tiny database in VMPro.

Kind regards

Gunnar

You can also Collect SMDR records and filter the useful entries.

More specifically: if you weren't capturing call traffic yesterday, the call records are gone. If you were capturing call records yesterday, you simply need to look at them. There is no logging enabled on IPO unless someone actively enabled the function.

Got it. Thanks so much for the input. Cam you guys recommend the best way to collect these SMDR records?
