Are you trying to logout an agent in the same office as you from your phone? Or are you trying to log them out from your home or cell phone? I don't really understand your question. Sounds like you should be using the feature access code for Remote Logout of Agent Access Code.
Well I have G3R10 but it should not be a big differences so I don't know way are you made a vector for this. Much easy way is just type this FAC *37 and agent login ID or phone extension and that's it. If it does not works you have to check COR and COS for your phone and agent's phone.
You can secure this VDN with code
for example:
collect 4 digits after announcement 1234
goto step 4 if digits 1111
disconnect after ann
route to number *37 etc...
So when you dial this VDN you have to type code (1111)
If all this things does not works you have to check COR and COS for your phone and also check dose this number is really FAC for logout (disp feature-access code).
