I know I'm missing something simple, but its been a while since I've played with plain old hunt groups. This is on a CM 6.3

Hunt group is programmed as ACD yes, queue yes and vector yes.
Hunt Group has stations assigned as members.
Stations have abb dial buttons that dial FAC+three digit hunt group number

If I run a trace on this I get denial event 1643 - Off Hook dialing time out
If I chage the abb dial to dial FAC=three digit hunt group number + # and then run a trace I see denial event 1381-Agent Login Failure

What am I missing?

Thank you!!

so what is the problem as you did not go into detail of what the core issue is here?

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

so I am guessing the agents can not log into the skill?

also include log in code for hunt group

Yes sorry - losing my mind today. Every time they try to login, it fails with one of the two above denial codes...

Feature code is 701 hunt is 009

abb dial button says 701009

set abbrv dial to log in code for hunt group followed by hunt group number

That's been done - I've tried 701009 and 701009# and both fail - other ideas?

what type of hunt group? so you hunt group log in code is 701 and your hunt group number is 3 digits in length, also in the dial plan is 7xx configured as a feature access code?

ucd-mia and yes my login feature code is 701 and its hunt group 9, but since the go to 999 I figured I needed 009 for it to work

if the hunt group is set to 3 digits then yes.

Ok figured it out, as this is an acd group you must build agents and assign the hunt group as a skill, then to log in dial 710 followed by the agent id. if you look at page two of your hunt group form you will see skill as yes as it has to be with an acd set to yes.build agent and make sure to use the agent is after the log in code, this will work.

This is a Non-EAS environment. I don't even have the option to make this a skill....

check page 2 on your hunt group form and te;ll me what is set for skill, I also am at cm 6.3 and if acd is set too yes queue yes and vector yes then it forces me to make skill yes, I understand you are not in an eas enviorement, what does it say on page 2 for skill?

non-EAS login to internally measured hunt-groups

Avaya. Too little or no help? Expensive?

Thanks AvayaTier3!

However my bcms login ids are set to no and the hunt group is not measured. This was working fine before we upgraded the switch, and now its not. The only thing I can find that we changed thus far is the fac - because this became an LSP we had to combine dial plans. In fact both the old and new config were running Call Center 6.0.

Any other things I should look at?

phonegirl27 so you didn't answer my question yet, is skill set to yes on page 2 of the hunt group?

Figured it out - I knew it was something simple! Hunt Groups in this version are 4 digits! so my abb dial needed to be 7010009!

Where does it tell you how many digits your hunt groups are?

Thank you for your help though!
