Locked out of SV9100 - Message says Login Limit has been reached

I am trying to get into an SV9100 system and I get a message that says "Login Limit has been reached."
When I try to get in to the system from a phone using #*#* and 1-8 I get a Password Error message on the screen.

How do I get back into this system ?

Any help would be very very much appreciated. Thanks
