Locked out of a callpilot

I am locked out of one mailbox on a callpilot 150. I have deleated it and put it back in several times. It still comes locked out. I go to Feature 981, other put in mailbox 5172 and 0000 and it says password,then I put in 0000, then it says, must change password, the it has say name and everything comes up greeting, primary, and etc. It still comes locked out. What can I do?
 
you're saying you reset the mailbox and you can't get into it? You can dial to it and it is asking for a password?
Did you check the "Messaging"- "Security Administration" in callpilot and see if there is a prefix set for default passwords?
The new mailbox password or a reset mailbox password would be that prefix plus the mailbox ext. Upon trying to log in the first time it will prompt you to change the password.

Did I read your problem correctly?
 
then it says, must change password

do you change the pwd from 0000 when it prompts you to?..

remember when it ask for old pwd, the old pwd is 0000, not the one written on the bottom of the phone
