I came in this morning with users freaking out in our southern location. I have checked the status of the trunks and it states "out-of-service-NE". I remember this error from when I was shadowing my Avaya Admin but I'm not 100% sure on what to trouble shoot. I know in the past my admin used a busyout and release command but I'm not sure... any ideas?
