Loadware ugrade failing on CPMG

Attempting to upgrade the loadware on a CPMG (or CPMGS) card and received the following messages as the download to the card failed:

I have one other CPMG card which I was able to successfully upgrade. I know there were issues with the CPMG when they came out last summer. Any ideas on how to download the upgraded loadware to the CPMG card?

Logs reporting the problem:

In Call Server logs:

In MGC logs:

[0910] 25/03/2012 19:51:49 LOG0003 tMgcVgwAppStartRetry: Failed to retrieve the file [/u/ipmg/mgc/0001/mgcinfo.rec] from Primary Call Server.

Cause
File mgcinfo.rec/dnldlist.rec cannot be transferred from Call Server to MGC. Problem due to secure transfer.

Solution

Steps followed to resolve the issue:

1. Unreg CS and MGC from UCM Security domain
2. Disable secure transfer on both MGC and CS
3. Upgrade the loadware through LD 143
4. Reregister the MGC/CS to security domain.

Thanks for this intelligentium and curtismo. For some reson had this same issue on CS1000 rls 7.5 tonight and this fixed it
