I have only 8 vdns set to internal measure. They are all set the same except different vectors. On one of the vdns when I do list bcms vdn the record shows no calls but this one is used the most of all. The vector for this one set the same as others that I do get data from. Not sure why I am not collecting data on the one. Please help.

Hello

Usually, a VDN is attach too a DID or an extension number use to be dial and then the vector executes the steps program. To try if this VDN is being use as you mention, please perform several calls calling this VDN, but before calling this VDN, on each call, perform a List Trace VDN !!!! to this particular VDN, see if your steps program is getting to it's final destination. After Performing these test 10 calls, then run the command: List VDN !!!! time 00:00 00:00, where 00:00 will be 15 minuts or have hour earlier the test call and the other 00:00 would half or one hour later you have completed all your test. or like 08:00 17:00. Or after you perfome all your calls, run the command List Trace VDN !!!! d 01/28 01/28. the letter d is for day as t for time.

I believe this will give you a good idea.

Usually the BCMS interval is set to "hourly". So you need to wait to the next hour to see all calls within this interval. You can set this to half-hour on system-parameters features on page 12 (BCMS/VuStats Measurement Interval: half-hour). Then you only have to wait until :00 or :30 ;)
