Got a customer using a Linux style VM Pro on 9.1.3 that's have choppy audio prompts whenever a user logs into the TUI. The auto attendants prompts and messages that they receive aren't effected though. We've tried a standard reboot, swapped in a brand new IP500v2 controller and I've even removed the system folder with those instructional wav file prompts and imported a fresh folder using WinSCM. Is this a bug in the version or something ? I'm a bit hesitant to flash them because they also have a Contact Center server and that thing is very temperamental. I'd have to flash that as well and don't know it very well. Let me know if that's my only route at this point.

Why would you need to flash the Contact Center server as well?

How is everything installed?

Well, just so everything is on the same version. Wehn we installed the CC, it didn't behave well being on a different version that the IPO unit. The CC is on it's own server. The VM Pro is on a virtual Linux setup.

I would load VM Pro on another machine and test it on there, that would narrow down what's causing the issue without hitting everything with the same fix hammer :)

Thanks. I'll try that and see how it goes.
