Linux Access to my S8700 1

Hi Guys,

Im trying to access our S8700 via Linux. Going in via telnet with open 10.***** (S8700s IP address)
I get the login and put in my login credentials and then get "Last login Wed 25 from IP 10.*****

I then get connection to host lost.

Is this something to do with my permissions on my login or is this something else?

Any help would be appreciated.

log in the usual way via ASA and do "display login xxxxx"

you should have an option there for "shell access"

Set this to yes see if it resolves your issue
