Someone mentioned this morning that they saw lines were hunting over and not ringing on the first line. I checked the BCM Monitor and saw that it says a line has been open for about 24 hours now.

How would I go about disconnecting this line without taking down a majority of their phones? When a did a PRT in LD20 for the DN it had listed it was a grouping of all the IP sets.

Telephony/resourses/look for the card with lines and disable and reenable.

Pull the jumper off the BCM is the fastest and simplest method.
Also check Supervision is On with BCM and Carrier.

On second hand how the hell do you do a PRT LD 20 on a BCM?

This is a BCM forum....what system do you have?
