I have a new and big problem with the Avaya IP Smalloffice.
When the users call they must call more than one time and when one user is talking the other user can't call.Always does busy tone.I have two lines and both are outgoing ID 0.
Please can you help me???

which small office do you have? if you have 4 analogue trunks, say for example, set the unused trunks to anothe Line group - that should fix it!

Thanks for your reply Ipouk but I have check this and only the used lines and their respective trunks have the group lines 0 and the unused heve the group 1 but thid not work and I don't know why.Thank you anyway

run a monitor trace on ATM & see what happens
it sounds like a faulty line to me

Evan better, set 2 unused lines to out of service, then as long as both incoming line have same ID and incoming routes direct each line to same location if you are specifying the incoming number then calls will come into system, if they continue to get busy then definate line problem with carrier

NZ's premier Intergalactic IP Office installation mechanic and configuration corruptor from way back.

Thanks for all replys. Finally is a problem with the line carrier. Now it's working
