Since we upgraded our VMpro to 8.1.9016 we seem to be having lots of problems
1 - Calls come in and if the office is not manned are answered by the vmpro, message played telling caller to hold why the call is transferred, call is then forwarded to a mobile.
That all works fine but when the caller or receiver hangs up the call does not disconnect, if viewed in system status both lines are showing connected and I have to disconnect via system status
