I have a new customer who has a old Panasonic system in which line 2 which always was answered with greeting 2 after 4 rings stopped and is now playing greeting 1 instead. This is a problem because line 2 is a different business. Not sure where to look have tried a few things but cannot find in the VPS where you assign greetings to lines. They think the employee who did the progamming for them is no longer ther and this problem started when she left.
