Line answer problem with Panasonic KX-TD816 / 1232 with a TVS200 VPS

I have a new customer who has a old Panasonic system in which line 2 which always was answered with greeting 2 after 4 rings stopped and is now playing greeting 1 instead. This is a problem because line 2 is a different business. Not sure where to look have tried a few things but cannot find in the VPS where you assign greetings to lines. They think the employee who did the progamming for them is no longer ther and this problem started when she left.

connect to tvs with hyperterminal and check you port and trunk settings
 
Can this be checked through a phone set?
 
you could try pointing tenant 2 intercept route to ext 166 if it isn't already and see if you get second greeting if that does not solve your issue ... then you must verify port/trunk settings definitions on tvs ....are you in yhe states?
 
No this was a new customer trying to help with her Panasonic I couldn't find much on commands for interface so referred her to a local Panasonic tech. Thanks again help your response.
