Octel 250 connected to a NEC 2400 IMX using MCI-
The integration link comes up fine, however the lights stoped working abruptly. We went through this exact same scenario August '06 and after replacing the CCF card twice (first was a dude), it fixed the problem.
Now here we are again...Checked the I/O port on the 2400, the TDC monitor on the Octel shows the A2 and A6 packet leaving it to turn on/off the lights. Break-out box in the link shows no transmit from the Octel.
Have been on with tech support with Avaya in Calif @ $600. per hr., they insist its a cable problem, or it could be a backplane problem.
