Licensing nightmare 1

Hello all,
I am currently trying to upgrade a Siemens/Unify X3 from V1 to V2
I have assigned a license to the machine via the web portal and it seems to of went okay.
However when I am trying to upload the file to the machine it says "License is enabled", however it doesn't show up on my licenses.
When I try to use the LAC instead of the file, I get "System error: invalid request to license agent."
I have noticed my Locking id when trying to upload file/add LAC is one digit different from the Locking id on the license information section.
Very confused, first time adding licenses to a unify PBX, any help would be brilliant as Unify themselves haven't been a whole lot of thelp

Hi Calum
1. Do you upgrade X3 system from V.1 to V.2 yet?
2. Then you have to upgrade license in Central license server from V.1 to V.2
3. Put the license in X3 WBM ( Licensing Menu)

Hi Calum
If you have Unify Partner Portal Account , you can download Firmware from Unify website.
Orelse you have to fine in Google
image_osbiz_v2_R3.1.0_031_occ.img is file name that I use for upgrade
 
Thanks I managed to get a V2 release from a reseller,
How long does the "The newly loaded software is currently being checked." usually take?
Seems to be taking a while
