I am currently trying to upgrade a Siemens/Unify X3 from V1 to V2
I have assigned a license to the machine via the web portal and it seems to of went okay.
However when I am trying to upload the file to the machine it says "License is enabled", however it doesn't show up on my licenses.
When I try to use the LAC instead of the file, I get "System error: invalid request to license agent."
I have noticed my Locking id when trying to upload file/add LAC is one digit different from the Locking id on the license information section.
Very confused, first time adding licenses to a unify PBX, any help would be brilliant as Unify themselves haven't been a whole lot of thelp
