license ipo 500v2 lost

Hey there everyone,



We have to replaced a faulty IP 500 v2. The guy who installed the IP 500 v2 has since left.

For the past two days, I search avaya folder for the license file backup but no avail.

Getting contact BP would probably solve it but it would take too long and costly.

Does anyone know how to recover their license from the dongle key number?

The dongle serial number is 111322671962

I would much appreciate it ...

Looks like a PLDS Host ID (10.0 or newer).

You or your BP can download it from plds.avaya.com in minutes or you can check the SD card for a PLDSKeys file.

IPO 500v2 running release 9.0
I add expansion with IPOSE (IPO 500v2 is Expansion), Then license on IPO 500v2 lost.
How to find license again
