Hello everyone!

I need upgrade my IPO from 8.0 to 9.1, but my Partner just sold me the 339105 IPO R9.1 UPG ADI LIC, but on others branch offices sold me
339096 IPO R9.1 ESSNTL ED ADI LIC
339105 IPO R9.1 UPG ADI LIC
eventhough it in them is already a Essential Edition license.

which license I need for this upgrade?

Depends what's on the system. Get your Avaya accredited maintainer to check the system and tech bulletins.

Essential Edition license 8.0 is available for use with system on 9.1 version? (I have Essential Edition on my IPO) Or I need buy another essential edition license on 9.1

regards!

Essential edition is not needed to upgrade the system. It will transfer from 8.1 to 9.1. If you have essential edition and they are trying to sell it again I would look for another Avaya partner as they either do not know what they are doing or they are trying to take advantage.

If it is a virtual essential edition license it is possible they are wanting to give you the real license as a virtual license is tied to the IP500V2 and if it ever fails you will no longer have it. If you buy the real license then it can be transferred to a replacement IP500V2.

Just use the R9.1 UPG ADI LIC. I bet that your vendor is using a licensing source that takes a screen capture of all the licenses release for that particular FK # . At least that's what's happened to me before. If that's the case, they are not trying to sell you another Essential license, they just simply sent the key for it along with the upgrade.

You need to check your version of 8.0
I am currently on a site trying to rectify not having the essential edition license
I was on 8.0(42) went to 9.0.10 and then to 9.1.6 and a virtual essential edition wasn't created :(

This is the vague paragraph you need to check about:

NOTE: An IP Office 8.0 system with Essential Edition functioning but not enabled with
the required Essential Edition license key will have all telephony functionality
disabled after the 9.1 upgrade. It is important to verify the license information prior to
upgrading. If Essential Edition is not visible in the license summary, an Essential
Edition license must be purchased and installed prior to attempting the 9.1 upgrade.
