I have an issue on a newly installed CCC.
As usual my install build would follow the installation guide period!

All appears to be working, however when running a report from the local server or remotly, it states its formatting the report and thats it, the page freezes.
I checked out CPU and memory usage and there is nothing to worry about here. Interesting fact is it stops the CCC Reporting service and this needs to be restarted.

What am I doing wrong on this.

Do you use IE7? That could be a reason.

Is .net used by the CCC reporter? If so maybe it's a corrupt .net install? I've had an issue with a machine that's been updated causing errors on CCV (I mean CCV that's not a typo). 3.5 of .net has not been out long maybe the machine is running that and it's not compatible and the other sites you've installed on were either before the release of .net 3.5 or the systems have not been updated?

I haven't tried CCC reported on .net 3.5 so I don't know for sure it's just a theory.

Sorry I can't be more help.

Nah, this is DEP all day long my son!!!!!!

You know this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CCC reproter hanging on formatting reports for display.

Right click my computer/properties/advanced/performance settings/data execution prevention.

Turn DEP on for all programs and services except those i select.

The add C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\CCC\Reporting\bin\reporter.exe to the list.

Restart the reporting service and retry.

If still no good............

Go into IIS and under default website you have the reporting website, right click properties\directory security\edit anon access\ enable anon access.

PG,,, the lack of faith. SIGH.

It is in the DEP list, however I notice it keeps un ticking its self, as well as the services stopping.

Let me concentrate on this for the timer being. :)

Disable DEP in the Boot.ini file then.
