Yes, it is. I recently purchased a NS700 from an Australian Ebay seller. I upgraded the firmware to version 9 from a link Fodrod posted. See his post, in this thread, dated September 19, 2022.

Hi Team

I have panasonic kx-ns300BX,
i am facing some issue in Ip bax, Need your help team. During frame ware update my software unsuccessful install so i am unable to reset and also not able to reinstall frame ware - I am able to access we console but pen drive not deducting getting D00000:Operation failed.

also getting error in log details system data file access error and MPR WDT overflow.
