Hi

Keyserver is not supported on 2008 Server according to docs, but I am anyway wondering if anyone have managed to get it working.
We had no error messages during installation and the service seems to be running, but we do not get the keyserver icon down to the right.

Why do you use an usb dongle anyway ?

I was waiting for that question :)
It is a 403 DS with latest 3.2 SW, so serial dongle is not possible. Customer bought a new server with no parallel port.

Not supported but a 9 to 25 pin converter works
They do upgrade a server to 2008 but not buy a new ipo :)

You state - use the parallel dongle with a converter and attach it to a serial port on the server ? You have that working ? - but not supported.

Then we have to swap the licenses back again :-(

Have tried to replace it with a IP500, but many company do take the finance crisis to serious.

9 pin serial into the converter and then into the 403/406V1

I have the same company with 6 sites all have license issues with a Parallel dongle, the one with the serial and converter never has any issues.

OK , thanks. That makes a little more sence, since I am sceptical to be able to convert parallell to serial.

But maybe this was also how Peter meant it ?

Yes this is what i meant :)
