KBA's on a 3904

I have 2 KBA's on a 3904 at my receptionist desk. Is there a better option than SCN for displaying a person's status? I would like it if she could press the key and have it call that person. I know this can be done with other phone systems.

an adl calls a station or a hotdial, but does not show status,, a bfs key displays status on all lines on a phone and cab be used for transfer or forwarding a remote station to you but not for autodial...
