Hi Guys

Hope someone can assist , I have installed Avaya Vantage Basic/2.0.0.0 K155 to a client on version 11.0.0.0.0 , The phone keeps disconnecting both incoming and outgoing calls after 3sec of connectivity, I have connected J129 and a Avaya 1616 which works perfectly fine hence i suspect there must be a problem with this particular model, I have also tried using different codecs and enabling direct media path but without success

Please assist

Kind Regards

When you say disconnecting, does the call just drop or is the phone power cycling? I know some Vantage phones were a bit power hungry.

Also I think the k155 is supported from 11.0 SP1 so you may need to upgrade to latest SP to get Avaya support on it.

I have upgraded it to 11.0.4 but it was still doing the samething

" the Calls just drop

Then you'll need a sysmon trace and see who's ending the call and why.

Hi IPOLackey

I have used SysMon and it only shows the Bye Message on the PBX site, I even went one step forward and replaced the K155 device with a J129 and guess same call same number was connected for 30min

Kind Regards
