Just in case you have 95XX Digital Phones 3

after a recent forced upgrade from 8 to 10.1. we had a report of most users not being able to access voicemail. (most used speakerphone)
users were getting login incorrect. We found out the old 14XX phones worked great and analog users were not affected, it was only 95XX Digital phones. The Gain was too loud causing DTMF echoing. here is the Product Support Notice.
