J179 PPM

We are programming a J179 to our SM and cannot get the CM features to download via PPM. We have checked our utility server settings are they appear correct and cannot get the PPM to pushing call features from CM.

We are running SM 7.1.3 and programmed the J179 as a 9608 set, Any suggestions?

We have remote worker SIP phones but they register thru a SBC and a different utility server for their 46XX settings. The J179 phone I am working on uses an internal web server for its 46xx settings.

The remote SIP phones are getting their feature buttons correctly.
