Call rings in to reception group.
One of the receptionists answers, puts caller on hold.
Call never rings back and results in caller hanging up.
Hold Timer set for 30 sec, but no matter what is set, call never rings back.
Have tested this repeatedly.
Previously were on 9508 sets, but were just upgraded and did not have this problem prior.
R11.0.4 using J179 SIP.
Any suggestions?
