J100 brig-appr and busy-ind not working with SMGR

Hi, I have Avaya Aura 10.1 and SIP phone J139 and J189 with latest firmware since I have programmed bridge appreance and busy indicator for boss secratary feature. I am able to program buttons and it shows on display but it do not indicate while off hook or calling. Enabled bridge appreance in end point though the LED doea not blink and icon in phone display does not change colour.
Please help.

Do you have Bridged Call Alerting? set to "y" on the phones? Look on page 2 of the station form:

Typically, we set up bridged-appearances on a One-on-One basis: One Bridged-Appearance on the Secondary station per Call-Appearance on the Primary station. That way the secretary can see which line is busy.

Perhaps the boss is going off-hook on button 3 when the secretary only sees button 1? I'm just guessing.
