Hi, Can someone help me find the setting to make a warm transfer with a IX Workplace client?
IP Office is running R11.0 SP3
IX Workplace client is up-to-date
User logged in also had a J139 phone and can make warm transfer without a problem. Seems that client is not having a second call leg available to add a second call to the phone.
Incoming the mobile client can have a waiting call, so second call is presented to mobile client when already on another call.
I think it has something to do with a setting in the PBX, all clients do have the same issue, android and ios.
