IX Workplace, some options greyed out (Park / Add Someone)

Hi search the forum, same question is asked many times. For park you need to make a shortcode I believe.

It's because Aura/CM gets to have all the fun stuff. Wish they would make these features a priority on IPO.

I need to check on the latest docs but last time I read them it did not make it clear what was applicable to IPO and what was CM.
