IX Workplace ringtone volume is too quiet

Hi guys,

I have IPOSE R11.1 and IX Workplace 3.8.5.41.23 at customer who is complaining about the ringtone volume. We tried to turn the ringtone to maximum (Option and Settings-Audio/Video) but then other apps are too loud. The sound of the conversation is fine. It may be an option to select a speaker instead of headset but it only appears on one agent computer as an option.

Have you had any experience with this?

Where do you do the audio settings?

You need to change them in the workplace app, not windows.

That way others apps wont get louder.
 
Options and Settings - Audio/Video - ringtone volume to the maximum, but the client complains that it is too quiet for them.
I'll try to set using the sound of the speaker from the computer tomorrow.
 
What device are they using for the call audio? Yes, if its something like headphones then they need to have the ringer done via the PC speaker.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
They use headphones and sound of ringtone is really too quiet.
