I'm having an issue with transferring externally that I'm hoping someone might be able to help with. We have a CS1000M v5.5. I have a department that makes calls to customers, and then has to transfer them to another company. I have an ACD built for this (transfers to toll-free number). When they attempt to complete the call, the connect does not work. On the flip side, when we receive the call from the outside and attempt to transfer to this ACD, it works just fine. I have enabled FTTU on the sets, also CFXA and even UNR on my phone to test. This seems like something simple, but this one has me stumped. Any ideas would be appreciated.

you could try this

CFO = Calling party Class of Service is active during Call Forward All Calls.
CFF = Forwarding party Class of Service is active during Call Forward All Calls.

It's likely that the option (OPT) is set to CFO which is the default.
You could try CFF. This will affect all the extensions as it is a global setting.

REQ: CHG in LD 15 or PRT in LD 21
TYPE: RDR
RDR_DATA
CUST
OPT (CFO) or CFF

also look at the EXTT prombt in the CDB

I have CFF in the RDR, but no to EXTT. What are the drawbacks to answer yes to this since it is a global change?

I had to change CFW to the number of the digits which match the phone number being transferred to

No drawbacks that I have seen. I make that setting yes on all of my switches.

Changing EXTT to yes did it. Thanks for the help!
