Hi I have a customer which we setup a couple of years ago with an IPOffice 500 and CTI Licences. We installed Avaya Tapi 2 Software on one of there servers and selected third party tapi and the Phone system password. The software company then came in and setup there Software to integrate into the tapi so Screen popping would work when customers rang in. This all works fine, the issue is we now have a second IP office over an SCN and the customer wants the screen popping to work at the second site in the same way. The problem is the second site users the same CRM software and the same database and serve and they say can only link to the one server with the tapi client installed. The problem is that the Avaya tapi client only lets you select 1 IP office so can only have this working for 1 of the phones systems at a time.
Has anyone else come across this situation and have any ideas how to get round it. Is there a TAPI server we can setup or another client that supports more than one phone system IP
