issues with 9.1 and windows 7 pro 64-bit

Installed 9.1 on a brand new windows 7 pro 64-bit machine. When I go to run the voicemail pro service, I get an error:

Windows could not start the Voicemail Pro Service service on Local Computer.

Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

Anyone else have this issue? Thanks

have you tried to reset your security settings yet

Check in services on which service the VM Pro service has dependency.
Also check the Windows system logs, it may give a clue.
