Hi,

Since à mounth, I can't access reports using Avaya CMS Supervisor, when I run an historicale report, the result is null and when I run a real time report §i get a error message "split_query ISAM error: illegal argument to ISAM function."

I tried to restaure an admin backup but i recieve an other error message asking me to see the error reports, you can find the log result below :
RESTORE Process startup failed. Contact Services. Cannot restore
Non-CMS data because there are no tables in the database for
that group.
Can you help please ?

thanx in advance.

Do you have the correct ACD selected, when your trying to pull reports.

Today Makes Tomorrow

Depending on the version, if you have not enabled time of day, and select a no default time of day then you will get no data. I think that was added in R18.
