I am having an issue getting a few new DID's to route in on incoming call routes. All the DID's are set up the same and Comcast is pushing back on me.
I believe this is a Comcast issue. Has anyone ever had this issue before ?

Yes it shows the called number which is the last 4 digits of the DID and then shows calling number =unavailable.

SSA also show the routing digits received from the providor, so you can see if they are sending correctly without the info overload of monitor :)

I am actually having the same issue with Comcast on a Magix, but without the benefit of SSA or Monitor. I'd love to see what you find out.

On a Magix, the issue is likely that they have the PRI set to NI2 instead of 5ESS. Magix doesn't do well with NI2...

I aksed them that, the tech I talked to says it is set to 5ESS and not NI2.
