I am running my own mail server from my a cable modem connection of my home. (I am using a dynamic DNS client for my domains) I have no issues recieving mail but sending to certain users who ISP's block SMTP traffic from any mail that is comming from a DHCP internet address. (They are doing this to combat spam, but I'm not spamming) I can get arround this issue by configureing my outlook client with my ISP gateway but I will get rejection mails from the ISP if I try to send via Webmail or directly from Server applications.
I do have a vaild SMTP gateway server trough my ISP and I have an ID that will allow me to send mail through that server.
Can any one help me get around this issue? I'm sure that this will be an issue more and more people will be facing if you are running mail servers from home..
