We are experiencing a problem, where incoming calls are getting disconnected within 0-3 seconds. We are using TN2464 BP/CP DS1 boards, every day about 2-3% of incoming call disconnects at Agent terminals. Agent sees just a incoming number followed by the disconnection tone. The system used is CM 2.2.2.122 patch 12809.
We are a part of national SS7 grid & using TN-C7 SS7 board to intergrate Avaya with the SS7 network.
Any suggestions, as how to trouble shoot call disconnections.
