ISDN Call Disconnections Issue

Hi,

We are experiencing a problem, where incoming calls are getting disconnected within 0-3 seconds. We are using TN2464 BP/CP DS1 boards, every day about 2-3% of incoming call disconnects at Agent terminals. Agent sees just a incoming number followed by the disconnection tone. The system used is CM 2.2.2.122 patch 12809.

We are a part of national SS7 grid & using TN-C7 SS7 board to intergrate Avaya with the SS7 network.

Any suggestions, as how to trouble shoot call disconnections.
 
sound like you might have a faulty channel.

Try placing a test call over each channel. You can do this by placing a "Facility Test Call". Check this is enabled on your Feature-access-codes.

Hi,

We have around 500 incoming ISDN channels from various PRIs from multiple exchanges, these short calls are happening on almost all channels.
Facility test call will not be helpful, is there any thing else..
